Portfolio Valuations will reduce temporarily during fund manager income distributions processing.  Generally this occurs quarterly around 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December.



My Portfolio Error Message


Some clients have been getting a System Error when they have been trying to view their portfolio.


If you get a system error message in this situation you should log out and close your browser.


When you reopen your browser and login again you should be able to access My Portfolio with no error message.


We are working with our systems provider to resolve this issue.
